Inconsistent Vet

At the beginning of your upkeep, flip a coin.
If it's heads, Inconsistent Vet gets -2/-2 until your next turn.
Sometimes he looks like he can't miss. Other times, he couldn't hit water if he fell out of a
boat... it's maddening.
