Inconspicuize

Put a disguise counter on target creature you control. For as long as that creature has a disguise counter on it, it loses all other abilities and becomes a 1/1 blue human creature token with hexproof and "Exile a card named Inconspicuize from your graveyard: remove a disguise counter from this creature."
