Incorrect Elixer

Count the amount of cards your opponent
has on their field and in their hand. Then,
do the same for yourself. If your opponent
has more cards than you: when your
opponent would add a card from their deck
to their hand or draw a card, they must take
the top card of their discard pile instead.
