Whenever Incus Stapes and Malleus enter the
battlefield put a sound counter on
all creatures.And whenever a creature with a
sound counter on it it gets another
sound counter.
{t}{4} All creatures base power and toughness
become x less were x is equal to the number of
sound counters on it.
{t}{2}: target creature gets 1+/1+ counter for each
sound counter on it.
