{u}{b}: Surveil 1.
{u}{r}: Choose an instant or sorcery spell in your graveyard. It gains jumpstart until end of turn.
{u}{g}: Choose target creature you control. If one
or more +1/+1 counters would be put on target creature this turn, that many plus one +1/+1
counters are put on it instead.
