Whenever an opponent casts a spell, counter it unless they put the top X cards of their library into their graveyard, where X is 3 times the converted mana cost of the card
Whenever a creature you control dies, it deals damage equal to it’s power to another creature
Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, they lose life equal to it’s power
