A player can only control one festivity
During each player's upkeep that player may
have Independence Day deal 1 damage to
any target.
If you control Independence Day and you or a permanent you control is dealt damage, create
a 1/1 red goblin creature token.
Sacrifice a creature, {r}{r}{r}: Independence Day deals damage equal to the sacrificed creature's power to any target. Activate only if it's July or August and if you control Independence Day.
