Badge Boost—if Indigo League Badges has one
badge counter on it your creatures get +1/+0,
if it has three badge counters they get +1/+0
and haste, if it has five badge counters they get
+1/+1 and haste, if it has seven badge counters
they get +2/+2 and haste.
