If an effect causes you to pay more mana than a spell's mana value, create a Treasure token.

Treasures you control have "{t}: Add {c}"

Lands you control have "{t}: Create a tapped Treasure token" and lose all other abilities.

Whenever you cast a spell, if mana from a non-treasure source was spent to cast it, draw a card and sacrifice Indirect Modes of Taxation.
