You grant the target the ability to act normally regardless of magical effects that impede
movement as if he were affected by a freedom
of movement spell. If a personal truename is
used to speak this utterance, the target may immediately move five feet without provoking
attacks of opportunity.
Reverse: You render the target unable to move.
It can still take actions normally; it just can't
move from the space it currently occupies.
