Inevitable Drowning

Enchant creature an opponent controls. Enchanted creature loses all counters, and gains a -1/-1 counter. On that opponents upkeep, double the number of -1/-1 counters on enchanted creature. When enchanted creature dies, return this card to its' owners hand.
