When Inevitable Dystopia enters the battlefield,
tap all lands. Lands don't untap during untap
steps. Whenever a land enters the battlefield,
destroy it. At each player's upkeep, add
{w}{u}{b}{r}{g}{1} to each player's mana pool. This
mana doesn't empty from your mana pool as
phases end. Whenever an artifact enters the battlefield under a player's control, untap target
land they control. It gains, "{t}, sacrifice: Add any
