Inexplicable Absence

Exile any number of target creatures you
control. Put 4-X time counters on each
creature exiled this way. Each of those
creatures that doesn't have suspend gains
suspend. (At the beginning of its owner's
upkeep, they remove a time counter. When
the last is removed, they play it without
paying its mana cost. If it's a creature, it has
haste.)
