Enchant Creature
Enchanted creature cannot block.
At the beginning of enchanted creature's player's upkeep, that player discards a card.
At the beginning of each end step, randomly
select a creature that is not already enchanted by Infectious Lunacy or a copy of Infectious Lunacy,
then create a copy of Infectious Lunacy and
enchant that creature with it.
