When Infectious Spark enters the battlefield and at the beginning of your upkeep, exile a target creature you control. Return it to the battlefield under your control with 2 loyalty counters on it.
Creatures you control with loyalty counters are planeswalkers in addition to their other types. Each creature planeswalker permanent that you control may pay "+1 loyalty:" to activate an activated ability it controls once per turn.
