Commander creatures you control get
"Tempting offer — {2}, put a pact counter on a creature you control: Draw two
cards. Only your opponents may activate this ability once per turn. Opponents may sacrifice a creature with a pact counter on it to cast target spell exiled with a pact counter on it." When cast this way opponents may put a pact counter on their creature to copy the spell.
