As IFCoR&D comes into play choose a word or phrase which is not an existing Magic the Gathering expansion, then choose a symbol which has not been used by an existing Magic the gathering Expansion.
{1}: Target spell or permanent is now of the expansion of the chosen word and symbol.
{t}, Sacrifice IFCoR&D: Exile all spells and permanents of the chosen Expansion from the game. (Spells on the stack exiled this way are countered,
even if they cannot be countered.).
