Inferno Chains

When Inferno Chains enters the battlefield, exile target creature.
During each players upkeep, that player may put a break counter on Inferno Chains.
Once Inferno chains has ten or more break counters on it, sacrifice Inferno chains. Inferno Chains deals damage to each player equal to the number of break counters they put on Inferno Chains. (The exiled creature returns under it's owners control).
