Whirlwind. For each flame counter, you
may deal 1 damage to target creature.
Individual creatures cannot take more
than 6 damage in this way. Then, deal 6
damage to target player and take 3 damage
to yourself. When Inferno Whirlwind
resolves, remove all flame counters.
