You may have any number of cards named
"Infested Rune" in your deck.
{t}, Sacrifice Infested Rune, Discard a card, Exile
a card from your hand: If you have one or more
cards named "Infested Rune" in your graveyard,
in exile, on the battlefield and in your hand, you
win the game. Then, if you don't win the game,
put a card named "Infested Rune" onto the
battlefield tapped with four stun counters on it.
