Infesting Insects

At the beginning of each players upkeep, that player may sacrifice a land, if they do, destroy Infesting Insects. Otherwise, put a infest counter on target land that player controls.
When Infesting Insects leaves the battlefield, destroy all lands with infest counters on them.
A breeze of fresh air is always followed by locusts during late summer.
