cast it. You may remove a control counter from
Informagency to look at an opponent's hand, the
top card of their library, or give target creature
-6/-0 until end of turn.
Sacrifice Informagency when there are no control
counters on it, then exile six random permanents,
ignoring protection, shroud and hexproof.
