Information Campaign

When Information Campaign enters the
battlefield, target opponent reveals their
hand. You choose a nonland card from it.
That player exiles that card.
At the beginning of your upkeep, each
player ventures into the dungeon.
Whenever you complete a dungeon, return
the exiled card and Information Campaign
to their owner's hands.
