Look at the top three cards of target players
library. For each one, you may either put it on
top of its owners library, exile it, or put it on the
bottom of its owners library. You may not choose
the same option more than once.
Cipher (Then you may exile this spell card encoded
on a creature you control. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, its controller may cast a
copy of the encoded card without paying its mana cost.)
