Target creature gains devoid until end of
turn. If {w} was used to pay this, that
creature gains vigilance until end of turn.
The same happens with {u} and hexproof, {b} and menace, {r} and
+1/+0 and haste and {g} and +2/+2.
The first spell you know does not need to be very powerful, but
it needs to be useful.
