Whenever Inkay becomes the target of
a spell or ability an opponent controls,
tap target creature.
{1}{t}: Put a Spin counter on Inkay.
If Inkay has 3 Spin counters on it, you may
remove those counters, and any spell named
'Malamar' in your hand can be Evolved
without paying for it's mana cost until the
end of turn.
