becomes untapped, you may pay {1}{u}{g}. If you
do create a copy of target tapped creature, and
place a tide counter on it. It doesn't untap during
its controller's next untap step.
{2}{u}{r}{g}, Sacrifice all creatures with a tide
counter. For each creature destroyed this way
deal damage to target creature or player equal to
those creatures combined toughness.
