Insight Counter

As a player gains insight, they gain the following:
1+: At the beginning of each of your upkeeps,
you may Scry 1, then draw a card.
5+: You may look at the top card of your library
at anytime.
10+: You may look at the top card of any library
as well as face down permanents opponent's
control during your turn.
