Inspect Mind

Look at target opponents hand. You may reveal a card from it. If you do, Will of the council - Starting with you, each player votes for Denial or Knowlage. If Denial gets more votes or the vote is tied, that player discards that card and draws a card. If not, each of that players opponents pay draw a card.
