Insurance Fraud

When insurance fraud enters the
battlefield. All lands in play or entering
the battlefield become tapped and don't
untap during that players untap step for
as long as insurance fraud is on the battlefield.
Sacrifice a land: add one mana of any type
that land could produce
Sacrifice a permanent: add one mana of
any type equal to that permanents color
