Intercept Intelligence enters the battlefield with
X intercept counters on it.
The first time a player other than you casts a
spell each turn, remove an intercept counter
from Intercept Intelligence, then copy that spell
(You control the copy.)
If there are no intercept counters on Intercept Intelligence, sacrifice it.
