At begining of your upkeep, if you have:
•3 weird counters, switch the bottom half and
top half of your library.
•5 weird counters, pay 2 mana. you may place
target creature onto the battlefield from any graveyard under your control.
•7 weird counters, search your library for any
card, reveal it and put it into your hand. When
that card is played prevent all combat that turn.
