Interlopers

Exile all nonland permanents, including Commanders. For each permanent exiled
this way, its controller creates a 1/1 red and white spirit creature token with haste and "When this creature dies, return a card
exiled by 'Interlopers' to the battlefield under
its owners control."
Until then, all counters are suspended.
