Internal Dispute

As an additional cost to cast Internal Dispute, sacrifice a Clue.
Each player flips a coin. Internal Dispute destroys a permanent at random from each player whose coin comes up tails. Repeat this process until all players' coins come up heads on the same flip, or there are no permanents left. Then have a good laugh.
