Interstellar Banquet

This spell cannot be countered and has hexproof.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep put
a taste counter on Interstellar Banquet, then their
life total becomes one, they exile their hand, and
draws two cards.
If Interstellar Banquet has ten or more taste
counters on it, or if it leaves the battlefield, each
player chooses one permanent, then Interstellar
Banquet exiles the rest.
