Into the Storm

Discard a card. Then draw two cards. Into the Storm deals X damage
divided as you choose amongst any number of target creatures
you
don't control and/or opponents.
If Into the Storms' kicker cost was paid, creatures you control
gain rouse until end of
turn. (A creature with rouse untaps whenever you or
a creature you control is dealt damage.)
