Whenever a new creature or artifact enters
the battlefield, Intrusive Paper Weight
blocks it by sitting on it. This card remains
blocked until a new creature or artifact
enters the battlefield. Whenever a card is
blocked, that player gets one poison damage
from the skid mark left behind.
