Inuola, Cunning by Design

Inuola, Cunning by Design has hexproof from
opponents who control three or more artifacts.
Whenever an opponent casts a creature spell,
they may pay {1}. If they do not, that creature
enters play with a gold counter on it.
Creatures with gold counters on them get
-0/-1 for each of those counters, and are artifacts
in addition to their other types.
