As Invasion of Dominaria enters the battlefield,
choose Dominaria or Phyrexia.
•Dominaria— At the beginning of each upkeep,
if you lost life last turn, create a 1/1 white Soldier creature token.
•Phyrexia— At the beginning of each upkeep, if
you lost life last turn, put a +1/+1 counter on up
to one target creature you control.
