control dies, create a 1/1 red and white Human
Pirate creature token with haste. Then, haul 1.
(Look at the top card of your library. Put that card
on the top or bottom of your harbor. Your harbor is a separate face up library.)
As long as there are four or more cards in your
harbor, creatures you control get +1/+1 and
have vigilance.
