- You are immune to cold damage and resistance
to fire damage.
- The ground in a 10 ft radius around you is
covered in ice and is difficult terrain for creatures
other than you.
- As an action, you can create a 15 ft cone of
freezing wind. Each creature in the cone makes a
Con save. A creature takes 4d6 cold damage on a
failure, or half as much on a success. A creature
that fails has its speed halved until your next turn
