This kite shield was Ioun’s first attempt and enchanting which he initially deemed a failure. It
was not until centuries later was it realized that this shield was special.
This shield grants a +4 to AC. In addition, once on
each of your turns you can impose disadvantage on
the next attack made against you or a friendly creature within 5 feet of you.
