you may look at the top three cards of your
library. If you do, you may choose an instant or
sorcery card from among them, reveal it and put
it in your hand, and put the rest at the bottom of
your library in any order.
Instant and sorcery spells you cast cost {1} less to
cast for each instant and sorcery spell cast before
it this turn.
