an opponent, you may choose how that player
votes this turn,then they may draw a card.
{w}{u}{b}{r}{g}:Each player votes Mutiny or Loyalty.
If Mutiny wins, you skip your next untap step.
If Loyalty wins you may get an extra turn after
this one.
