During your untap step, instead of untaping all
of your permanents, tap all your permanents.
Whenever you would draw a card, put a random card from your graveyard into your hand instead. Whenever a card would go into your graveyard, put it on top of your deck instead.
Any activated ability of permanents you control, including mana abilities, that cost {t} now instead cost {ut} and abilities that cost {ut} now instead cost {t}.
