When Irene, Reader of the Stars enters the battlefield search your library and/or graveyard
for a card with splice. Reveal it put it into your
hand, then shuffle.
Whenever you cast a spell if exactly; One card
was spliced onto it put a +1/+1 counter on
target creature. If two cards were spliced onto it
tap or untap target permanent. If three cards
were spliced onto it exile Irene, then return
her to play under her owners control.
