Range 3”. May target the user or a single model within range. The target’s Toughness and Strength are doubled up to a maximum of 10 while this power is in play. He may fight normally, but his Move is halved, rounding up. The subject also gains an unmodified additional armour saving throw of 4+ which is rolled before his normal armour
save - this applies to psychic attacks, too. Remains until nullified or the user is slain.
