(w/ proficiency) against a creature < gargantuan
you can see w/in 60 feet of you. On a hit, the target
is restrained until you take a bonus action to speak
the c.w again, causing the bands to retract into a
sphere once more.
DC 20 STR check to break the bands
•Success = bands destroyed, creature freed.
•Failure = all checks fail for 24 hrs.
Once used, bands can't be used again until dawn.
