Ironclaw Orcs can't attack or block if your opponents control a creature with greater
power.

The Ironclaw Curse was a spell cast on the Ironclaw orcs that bound them not to attack any force stronger than themselves. Thus, they would retreat and evaluate their enemies, becoming the strongest of orcish clans in history.
