enchantment token with "Enchanted creature
gets +2/+2" and attach it to Ironfist Chancellor.
{3}{g}{g}: Create a 2/2 green Soldier creature
token. Then for each aura and equipment
attached to Ironfist Chancellor, create a token
that's a copy of it and attach it to that creature.
